Ages 10–12
Grassroots Development
Our Grassroots Development program is designed to introduce young athletes to the beautiful game in a fun, structured, and supportive environment. We focus on building a strong foundation in soccer fundamentals — ball control, passing, movement, and game awareness — while also teaching the values of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
Beyond the field, this program helps players develop confidence, leadership, and a love for the game, ensuring they grow not only as athletes but as individuals prepared for future challenges in soccer and in life.
Ages 13–18
Youth Academy
The KSA Youth Academy is built for players who are ready to take their game seriously. Through structured elite training sessions, tactical development, and competitive match experience, players are challenged to grow every week — technically, physically, and mentally.
Our coaching staff works closely with each player to identify strengths, address weaknesses, and map a clear development pathway toward college recruitment or professional football.
Ages 16–23
Student Athletes Showcase
Our annual Student Athletes Showcase is a premier platform where talented players demonstrate their skills in front of scouts, coaches, and recruiters from across the country and abroad. Each year, we provide athletes with the opportunity to earn full scholarships to U.S. colleges, compete in NCAA programs, and pursue higher education while playing the game they love.
Beyond academics, this showcase also serves as a springboard for players with the potential to transition into professional soccer, creating a true pathway from the classroom to the pitch.
Ages 18+
Pro Pathway
The Pro Pathway program is designed for elite players who are ready to pursue a professional career in soccer. Through our network of professional clubs, agents, and scouts in Africa, Europe, and North America, we facilitate trials, contract negotiations, and direct placement opportunities.
Players in this program receive individualized support — from video analysis and physical conditioning to professional branding and exposure at the highest levels of the game. If you have the talent and the drive, KSA will help you find the door.
